Product Details

WINLONG 886 cold press / high-frequency panel glue is developed to address the characteristics of wood materials and their significant deformation from moisture absorption and loss. It penetrates well into wood, forms an excellent film, has strong cohesion, and particularly can form good chemical bonds with the characteristic reactive groups of wood fibers, solving the problem of wood panels being prone to cracking. The panel glue has good water resistance, high bond strength, is environmentally friendly, and offers excellent water resistance, weather resistance, extremely high bonding strength, fast drying speed, good toughness, and impact resistance. It is suitable for cold pressing and high-frequency bonding.

Product Features

1. This product is a water-based adhesive and does not use organic solvents.

2. No heating is required; good bond strength can be obtained through cold pressing, with properties such as water resistance, heat resistance, solvent resistance, and aging resistance.

3. This adhesive does not rely on simple physical adhesion; a chemical reaction occurs between the wood and the adhesive, making the adhesive and the bonded object truly become one.

4. It does not cure under neutral conditions, belongs to the non-formaldehyde series, contains no phenols or amines, does not produce harmful gases, is non-polluting, non-flammable, and does not stain the bonding layer.

5. Short pressing time, convenient operation, and wide operating temperature range.
