Notes
| Notes | 1. Clean the bonding surfaces thoroughly. Dust, oil and other contamination must be removed. Keep the press fit tight and avoid insufficient or uneven pressure. Check the glue roller surface regularly, remove impurities and maintain even coating. 2. Check and calibrate the temperature measuring devices on the machine regularly. Apply adhesive evenly. The coating amount should be adjusted according to veneer thickness and wood species. Too little adhesive can reduce bonding strength, while too much can cause bubbling and contaminate the machine surface. 3. When adhesive rolls on the coating roller for a long time, its temperature may rise and pot life may shorten. Add fresh cool adhesive when needed to extend working life. 4. Hot-press plates may become uneven after long-term use. Check pressure balance before loading each panel, and use backing boards of the same thickness to keep pressure balanced. 5. Operators should compare the hot-press set temperature with the actual plate temperature and adjust the process accordingly. 6. If both veneer sides are visible faces, laminate one side first and then the other to avoid bubbling caused by exceeded assembly time during the second lamination. |
| Operation | This product contains isocyanate. Wear protective gloves suitable for isocyanates. Wear safety goggles whenever using the product. The hardener must not contact water or moisture. |
| Cleaning | Clean the system before the adhesive cures. |
| Health, Safety and Environmental | Cured adhesive can be treated as general non-hazardous waste. The hardener contains isocyanate and should be handled as hazardous waste. Fully cured mixed adhesive and hardener can be treated as general non-hazardous waste. |
