Product Parameters
Storage: 9 months in sealed packaging at 25°C. Store sealed in a clean, cool, dry place at temperatures between 5-30°C. When using, prioritize the product with the longest storage time.

注意事项

1．贴合的部位要清理干净，不可有任何灰尘及油污存在，压合要密合，避免产生某部位压力不足或不平均。经常检查上胶滚轴表面，清除杂质，确保涂胶均匀。

2．要经常检查及校正装在机器上的温度测量器，有否出现温度偏差。涂布要均匀，涂布量会因木皮的厚度和种类不同而调整，量少会造成贴面强度不够，量多则会造成有起泡现象，以及把机器表面弄脏。

3．在布胶轮上长时间滚动，胶液温度会提高，活性期会缩短。为了延长胶液活性期，建议添加冷胶液混合。

4．因热压机长期使用后发热板不平整，建议每次上板时分析发热板是否受力平衡，请务必加上相同厚度垫板使发热板保持受力平衡。

5．请操作人员留意热压机的设定温度与发热板实际温度的温度，使用时请做好相应调整。

6．如双面贴面均为正面，请先贴好一面后再贴另一面，以避免第二次贴面因胶水装配时间已过导致的起泡现象。

操作使用本产品含异氰酸酯，应当佩戴适用于异氰酸酯的防护手套。每次使用产品都应该戴上护目镜。固化剂不得与水或湿气接触。
清洁必须在该体系固化之前进行清洗。
健康环保安全

胶-固化后的胶可以作为一般的无害废物处理。

固化剂-含有异氰酸酯，应作为有害的废物处理。

混合后的胶和固化剂-其完全固化后可以作为一般的无害废物处理。
