Job Responsibilities:
1. Implement the company's sales policies, responsible for expanding the market and developing customers for the company's products;
2. Maintain existing customers in the assigned region;
3. Coordinate and cooperate with the company's technical service personnel to provide customers with professional solutions and after-sales service;
4. Establish customer files, track customers' product usage and service situations, and handle customer complaints;
5. Track customer orders and payment status;
6. Monitor market trends and dynamics within the industry;
7. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors;
Job Requirements:
1. Sales experience in building materials, chemicals, adhesives, wood flooring, or wood veneer industries is preferred; majors in chemical engineering, forestry, or mechanical engineering are preferred;
2. Good stress resistance, adaptability, communication skills, team spirit, and service awareness;
3. Keen insight into market development, with the ability to explore and promote markets;
4. Willingness to travel for business trips;
5. Proficiency in computer office systems;
6. A driver's license is preferred.
