Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for after-sales service, account reconciliation, and technical support for existing customers in the designated region, and capable of independently handling and resolving assigned tasks;
2. Responsible for pre-sales product support, solution drafting, and product demonstrations;
3. Participate in user training and provide on-site guidance and other post-sales technical support work;
4. Cooperate with the sales team in product market promotion;
5. Promote and provide training on technical applications.
Job Requirements:
1. Experience in chemistry, building materials, woodworking machinery, or adhesives is preferred; graduates in polymer materials chemistry or related fields;
2. Honest and trustworthy, with good interpersonal skills, strong language expression and hands-on ability; aged 25–40 years old;
3. Able to adapt to frequent business travel and irregular working hours;
4. A valid driver’s license is preferred.
