Product Highlights

PVC adhesive is a high-molecular resin synthesized through the co-polymerization of vinyl acetate and polyvinyl alcohol. It features high solid content, good fluidity, and strong adhesion to various substrates.

Applications

Suitable for bonding rigid HPC, PVC leather, or non-woven fabrics to MDF, particleboard, and solid wood boards.

Product Parameters

Storage: 9 months under sealed packaging at 25°C. Store sealed in a clean, cool and dry place at a temperature between 5 and 30°C. When using, use the product that has been stored the longest first.

Notes

Precautions	1. Clean both bonding surfaces thoroughly, free from oil, dust, etc. 2. Adjust the appropriate coating amount according to the thickness of the PVC and the surface condition of the substrate.
Operation and Use	This product contains isocyanates. Protective gloves suitable for isocyanates should be worn. Wear safety goggles each time the product is used. The curing agent must not come into contact with water or moisture.
Cleaning	Cleaning must be carried out before the system cures.
Health, Environmental Protection and Safety	Adhesive — Cured adhesive can be disposed of as general non-hazardous waste. Curing agent — Contains isocyanates and should be disposed of as hazardous waste. Mixed adhesive and curing agent — After complete curing, it can be disposed of as general non-hazardous waste.
