The solution brought by IWG Yongtenai this time effectively eliminates wood deformation caused by heat, as well as the drawbacks of low efficiency, long production cycles, and relatively limited industrial application associated with low-temperature hot pressing. However, this process has extremely high requirements for surface flatness, necessitating an additional leveling step on the substrate, which presents problems of deformation from high-temperature hot pressing, energy consumption, and cost.
