Product Highlights

PUR edge-sealing hot melt adhesive (Polyurethane Reactive), full name in Chinese: moisture-curing reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive. The main component is an isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer. When isocyanate groups encounter moisture in the air, they undergo an irreversible crosslinking reaction to form a strong bonding layer — this is an inherent characteristic of PUR adhesive.

Applications

Requires suitable hot melt adhesive equipment and application systems with nozzles or coating rollers for edge banding of edge bands made of materials such as wood veneer, HPL, PVC, and ABS onto man-made boards like particleboard or MDF, as well as post-forming edge banding.

Shelf life: 6 months, in sealed packaging at 25°C. Store in a clean, cool, dry place at a temperature between 5-30°C in sealed packaging. Use the stock with the longest storage time first.

Notes	1. For future convenience, use a specific mold for positioning when assembling the blank. 2. The ratio of the adhesive must be precise; the amount of mixed adhesive should not be too large and should follow the principle of mixing only what is needed for immediate use. 3. During the bending and pressing process, pay attention to whether the settings of the high-frequency machine are within a reasonable range.
Operation and Use	This product contains isocyanates. Protective gloves suitable for use with isocyanates should be worn. Wear safety goggles each time the product is used. The curing agent must not come into contact with water or moisture.
Cleaning	Must be cleaned using Yongtenai Cleaner--19430 before the system cures.
Health, Environmental Protection, and Safety	Adhesive - Cured adhesive can be disposed of as general non-hazardous waste. Curing Agent - Contains isocyanates and should be disposed of as hazardous waste. Mixed Adhesive and Curing Agent - Once fully cured, it can be disposed of as general non-hazardous waste.
