How to achieve finished product moisture content <14% for multi-layer solid wood bentwood?
Process Control Standards
• Solid wood veneer moisture content is controlled at 6-8% before adhesive application;
• Adhesive application formula solid content >75%;
• Double-sided adhesive application, application amount at 150-180g/m²; single-sided adhesive application, application amount at 120-140g/m²;
• Hot press temperature/time: For 20mm thick board, 105°C, hot press time 13-15 minutes;
• After pressure release and board forming, place in a balanced dehumidification room for over 72 hours before taking out for sanding and finishing.
