When using the adhesive, pay attention to the following precautions:

Frequently inspect the surface of the glue roller, remove impurities, and ensure even glue application.

2. Frequently check and calibrate the temperature measuring device installed on the machine to see if there is any temperature deviation.

3. Apply glue evenly. The coating amount should be adjusted according to the type of material; too little will result in insufficient edge sealing strength, too much will cause glue lines and soil the machine and material surfaces.

4. When room temperature is below 15°C, it is recommended to locally heat the sealing surfaces and sealing materials to ensure bonding quality.

5. The feeding speed should not be less than 15 m/min to prevent the glue from cooling down before pressure is applied. If it is necessary to work at a low feeding speed, the temperature of the glue roller should be increased, and the bonding materials must be preheated.
