Wood veneer wireless joint adhesive is a urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive powder.
Applications
Suitable for the splicing and joining of wood veneers. Mainly used in industries such as furniture and wooden doors.
Product Parameters
Mixing ratio: powder: water = 100:60-80 (by weight)

Shelf life: 3 months, in sealed packaging at 25°C. Store in a sealed container in a clean, cool, dry place at temperatures between 5-30°C. When using, use the oldest stock first.

1. Before glue application: Press the full stack of veneer sheets tightly from top and bottom, and cut them straight. It is important that the cut edges of the veneer sheets are perpendicular to each other. After each knife sharpening and trial cut, always check whether the cut edge is straight.

2. Heating temperature and splicing time: Set the heating temperature in sections from 160-200°C, and adjust the actual effective heating temperature according to veneer thickness and feeding speed.

3. This product contains isocyanate. Wear protective gloves suitable for isocyanates and wear goggles during use. The curing agent must not come into contact with water or moisture.

4. Cleaning must be carried out before the system cures. Cured adhesive can be treated as general non-hazardous waste. The curing agent contains isocyanate and should be treated as hazardous waste.
