Good shape retention, no rebound. PG540 product features high solid content, very low viscosity, and good spraying performance, and is widely used in PVC lamination for cabinet door panels, doors, and windows. E0-grade formaldehyde formula, environmentally friendly and healthy. E0/E1-grade formaldehyde emission formula meets high-strength standard requirements.
Pressing pressure: low-density materials 7.0 - 10.0 Kg/cm², medium-density materials 9.0-12.0 Kg/cm², high-density materials 12.0-17.0 Kg/cm²
Shelf life: 9 months, in sealed packaging at 25°C. Store in a clean, cool, dry place at temperatures between 5-30°C in sealed containers. When using, use the oldest stock first.
Precautions | 1. For future convenience, use specific molds for positioning during lay-up. 2. The proportioning of the adhesive must be precise; the amount of mixed adhesive should not be too large, and the principle of mixing only what is immediately needed should be followed. 3. During the bending and pressing process, ensure the settings of the high-frequency machine are within a reasonable range. |
| Handling and Use | This product contains isocyanates. Protective gloves suitable for isocyanates should be worn. Safety goggles should be worn each time the product is used. The curing agent must not come into contact with water or moisture. |

| Health, Environment, and Safety | Adhesive - Cured adhesive can be disposed of as general non-hazardous waste. Curing Agent - Contains isocyanates and should be disposed of as hazardous waste. Mixed adhesive and curing agent - Once fully cured, the mixture can be disposed of as general non-hazardous waste. |
