HM6218 is a structural adhesive specially developed for nonwoven products. It is colorless and odorless, with high bonding strength and cohesive strength. All raw materials comply with FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) regulation 21 CFR 175.105 "Adhesives".

Recommended operating conditions: Suitable for various standard hot melt application methods, such as multi-line, spiral spray, and fiber spray coating.

Recommended operating temperature: 140°C to 160°C, depending on specific machine, substrate, environment, and other conditions.

Storage: Must be stored in a dry, cool place below 40°C, with a shelf life of one year.

Precautions: Do not mix with other adhesives. Keep the hot melt adhesive tank tightly covered to prevent contamination that may affect adhesive performance. As the hot melt adhesive requires heating during use, personal protective equipment must be worn.
