Woodworking glue expert Yongtenai reminds you, precautions for using white glue

Woodworking glue expert Yongtenai reminds you, precautions for using white glue:

1. During bonding operations, the temperature must not be lower than 7°C.

2. Not resistant to high temperatures; exceeding 95°C will cause a decrease in glue layer strength.

3. Depending on the application, this product can be diluted with water, but it is necessary to warm the product above 30°C and slowly add water above 30°C while stirring evenly before use. Do not dilute with cold water below 10°C.

4. After opening, close the lid tightly. To prevent skinning, you may sprinkle a layer of water and stir evenly before use.

5. Before use, adding a small amount of hydrochloric acid can increase the curing speed.

6. It can be mixed with other water-repellent resins to form a two-component product, improving bonding strength, water resistance, and heat resistance, and shortening curing time.

7. This product is generally safe, but must not be swallowed or splashed into the eyes. If accidentally ingested or gets into the eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of clean water.

8. Do not pour this product into waterways or drains to avoid pollution or drain blockage. After use, let the remaining material stand until it dries into a film, then dispose of it as solid waste.

9. Main ingredients: polyvinyl alcohol, vinyl acetate, additives

10. Storage and transportation: Must be stored in a cool, dry place with a temperature above 5°C. Shelf life in a tightly sealed container is more than 12 months. During storage and transportation, handle gently, avoid inversion, squeezing, and direct sunlight.
