Precautions |
1. Can be used alone or mixed with 3-5% crosslinker U6Z; 2. Spray application with a 2.0mm nozzle is recommended. The vacuum membrane adhesive has good leveling performance; apply the adhesive evenly to avoid later surface waviness on the finished product. Before applying the adhesive, the substrate surface must be completely clean and free of dust and debris to avoid later pitting on the finished product; 3. When the adhesive layer has been open for more than 30 minutes (at 20°C room temperature), use thermal activation to press the PVC onto the substrate for bonding. Pay attention to the heating temperature and pressing force to prevent PVC skin shrinkage or deformation caused by excessive temperature or pressure; 4. Stir thoroughly before use. Containers holding the adhesive must be kept tightly closed to prevent surface film formation and contamination. Do not mix with other adhesives of different properties; |
| Operation and Use | This product contains isocyanates. Protective gloves suitable for isocyanates should be worn. Wear safety goggles each time the product is used. The curing agent must not come into contact with water or moisture. |
