WINLONG 886 cold-press / high-frequency panel splicing adhesive was developed in response to the characteristics of wood as a material and its tendency to deform significantly through moisture absorption and loss. It penetrates well into the wood, forms an excellent film, and delivers strong cohesive strength. In particular, it can form good chemical bonds with the characteristic reactive groups of wood fibers, solving the problem of easy cracking in wood panel splicing. The panel splicing adhesive offers good water resistance, high bond strength, environmental friendliness, and excellent water resistance, weather resistance and extremely high bonding strength, fast drying, good toughness and impact resistance, making it suitable for both cold pressing and high-frequency bonding.

Product Features

1. This product is a water-based adhesive and does not use organic solvents.

2. No heating is required; good bond strength can be achieved by cold pressing alone, with water resistance, heat resistance, solvent resistance and aging resistance.

3. This adhesive is not a simple physical bond: the wood reacts chemically with the adhesive, so that the adhesive and the adherend truly become one.

4. It does not cure under neutral conditions and is a non-formaldehyde system, free of phenols and amines. The panel splicing adhesive produces no harmful gases, causes no pollution, is non-flammable and does not stain the bonded layer.
