The summer version of 70570 is suitable for temperatures between 15-48 degrees Celsius, while the winter version is suitable for temperatures between -5-30 degrees Celsius. It features a unique temperature overlap zone of 15-30 degrees Celsius, bidding farewell to the traditional three season temperature difference problem. Under high temperature conditions (>45 ℃), the particle board with a fabric adhesive amount of 130g/㎡ has an initial adhesion force of over 60N, and after 15-30 minutes, the strength reaches over 80N. At a reasonable operating temperature of 130-150 ℃, the adhesive state is delicate, effectively avoiding pipe blockage caused by high viscosity. The 70570 has stable aging resistance, and the state and performance of the adhesive remain stable after long-term heating. The adhesive disc does not produce old adhesive residue.

Ultimate board surface, beautiful and flawless——

The board surface is highly clean, creating seamless adhesive lines. Made of 70571 pure white PUR, it not only has outstanding white edge sealing effect, but also presents good quality for light colored PET. The edge sealing does not show white marks and there are no needle holes.
