D3 grade latex
PG85HV is D3 grade latex, suitable for fast hot pressing formaldehyde free veneers.

Waterproof, heat-resistant, solvent resistant
The bonding speed is fast, the adhesive is not transparent, and it has good water resistance, heat resistance, and solvent resistance.

Notes | 1. The fitting parts should be cleaned thoroughly, without any dust or oil stains. The pressing should be tight to avoid insufficient or uneven pressure in certain parts. Regularly inspect the surface of the glue roller, remove impurities, and ensure even glue application. 2. Regularly check and calibrate the temperature measuring device installed on the machine to see if there is any temperature deviation. The coating should be uniform, and the coating amount will be adjusted according to the thickness and type of wood veneer. A small amount will result in insufficient veneer strength, while a large amount will cause foaming and dirtying of the machine surface. 3. Rolling on the adhesive wheel for a long time will increase the temperature of the adhesive and shorten the active period. To prolong the active period of the adhesive solution, it is recommended to add cold adhesive solution for mixing. 4. Due to the unevenness of the heating plate after long-term use of the hot press machine, it is recommended to analyze whether the heating plate is balanced in stress every time it is mounted. Please be sure to add a pad of the same thickness to maintain the balance of stress on the heating plate. 5. Please pay attention to the set temperature of the hot press and the actual temperature of the heating plate, and make corresponding adjustments when using. 6. If both sides of the veneer are on the front side, please stick one side first before sticking the other side to avoid foaming caused by the glue assembly time passing for the second time. |
