Low viscosity, good spray performance
PG540 product has high solid content, low viscosity and good spray performance, and is widely used in PVC film covering of cabinet doors, doors and windows.
Notes | 1. It can be used alone or mixed with 3-5% bridging agent U6Z; 2. It is recommended to use a spray gun with a diameter of 2.0mm for adhesive spraying. Vacuum formed adhesive has good leveling performance, and attention should be paid to the uniformity of the adhesive solution during spraying to prevent the formation of wave patterns in the later stage of the finished product; Before applying the adhesive, the surface of the substrate must be completely clean and free of dust and other debris to prevent the formation of pockmarks in the later stages of the finished product; 3. After more than 30 minutes (at room temperature of 20 ℃), the adhesive layer uses the principle of thermal activation to apply pressure to PVC to bond the substrate. Pay attention to the heating temperature and pressure to prevent shrinkage, deformation, and other phenomena of PVC skin caused by excessive temperature or pressure; 4. | Operation usage | This product contains isocyanates, and protective gloves suitable for isocyanates should be worn. Wear goggles every time you use the product. Curing agents must not come into contact with water or moisture. |
