When using glue, pay attention to the following precautions:

2. Regularly check and calibrate the temperature measuring device installed on the machine to see if there is any temperature deviation.

3. The coating should be uniform, and the coating amount will be adjusted according to the type of material. A small amount will result in insufficient edge strength, while a large amount will cause glue lines and dirty machine and material surfaces.

When the room temperature is below 15 ℃, it is recommended to locally heat the sealing surface and sealing material to ensure the bonding quality.

5. The feeding speed should not be lower than 15m/min to avoid the glue liquid from cooling off before pressurization. If it is necessary to work at a low feeding speed, the temperature of the glue roller should be increased, and the bonding material should be preheated first.
