Wood glue expert IWG reminds you of the precautions for using white latex

Woodworking adhesive expert IWG reminds you of the precautions for using white latex:

1. When performing bonding operations, the operating temperature should not be lower than 7C.

2. Not resistant to high temperatures, exceeding 95C, will result in a decrease in the strength of the adhesive layer.

3. According to different purposes, this product can be diluted with water, but it needs to be heated to over 30 ° C and slowly added with water above 30 ° C and stirred evenly before use. It cannot be diluted with cold water below 10 ° C.

4. After starting to use, the lid should be tightly closed. To prevent skinning, a layer of water can be sprinkled and mixed evenly during use.

5. Before use, adding a small amount of hydrochloric acid can increase the curing speed.

6. It can be mixed with other water repellent resins to form a two-component product, improving the adhesive strength, water resistance, and heat resistance of the product, and shortening the curing time.

7. This product is generally safe, but should not be swallowed or splashed into the eyes. If accidentally touched in the mouth or eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water.

8. Do not pour this product into rivers or sewers to avoid pollution or blockage. After use, the remaining material should be stored in a static state and disposed of as solid waste after drying and forming a film.

9. Main ingredients: polyvinyl alcohol, vinyl acetate, additives

10. Storage and transportation: It must be stored in a cool, dry environment with a temperature of at least 5C, and the shelf life of the sealed container should be at least 12 months. During storage and transportation, it should be handled with care to prevent inversion, compression, and exposure to sunlight.
